Strong background in data-driven decision-making and digital growth strategies
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Experience building and managing high-performing, multi-country teams
Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing funnels
Ability to travel internationally as required

Responsibilities

Own and manage the P&L for the European business, ensuring strong top-line growth.
Develop and execute short-term tactics and long-term strategies to scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Lead brand positioning and ensure cultural relevance across diverse European markets.
Work closely with global teams (marketing, product, clinician acquisition, compliance, clinical operations, and others) to optimize user experience and drive outcomes.
Partner with HQ on product localization strategies to support market expansion.
Lead and mentor a team of Country Managers across Europe.
Build regional BD & Partnership capabilities to drive growth beyond paid channels.
Create and implement playbooks for new market launches.
Recruit, onboard, and support local leadership as part of ongoing European expansion.
Ensure regional adherence to regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and cultural sensitivities.
Oversee operational KPIs and performance metrics to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
