Requirements

  • Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPI
  • Familiar with the use of a CRM tool
  • Worked autonomously within a sales team
  • Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc
  • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
  • Passionate about crypto
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Fluency in additional languages would be a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
  • Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
  • Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback
