Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above
Majors in Math, Education, or related fields preferred
Teaching experience or a valid teaching certificate highly preferred
Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for students in Grades 5-8 across North America
Align lessons with the CCSS framework
Teach in English using interactive and student-centered methods
Promote engagement, strengthen core concept understanding, and address questions in real time
Prepare lesson content based on individual student needs
Ensure well-structured and high-quality instruction
Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and continuous improvement
