Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer
- Solid understanding of backend systems
- Experience building APIs and distributed services
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in Go
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Strong experience with React for modern frontend development
- Knowledge of distributed systems including trade-offs made to either support higher load or lower latency within an application
- Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment (AI, security, finance, blockchain, or infrastructure)
Responsibilities
- Help build and scale Rho’s all-in-one commercial banking platform
- Own critical product areas: Accounts Payable automation and money transfer details
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers
- Deliver impactful features across the stack
- Contribute from database design to user interface
