Job Details

5+ years designing and building web-based SaaS products.
Strong front-end skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular).
Comfort shipping code.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) as part of your workflow.
Ability to move fluidly between design and code.
Experience working closely with PMs and Engineers to define and deliver work.
Strong product thinking, interaction design, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Git and modern dev workflows and deployment pipelines.
Portfolio that demonstrates both design craft and shipped work.

Own work end-to-end: Define problems with PMs and Engineers, explore solutions, validate direction, and ship improvements that move key outcomes.
Prototype in code: Use AI tools and modern dev workflows to build and iterate on real interfaces. Partner with engineers to take the best ideas into production.
Write production code: Contribute to front-end components and features using web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular). Improve quality, consistency, and speed of delivery.
Bridge design and engineering: Ensure what we design is buildable and what we build meets the design bar. Close gaps quickly.
Design for simplicity: Handle complex workflows by keeping the default experience clear and intuitive.
Raise the bar on quality: Refine interactions, states, and details. Address design and tech debt, including usability and accessibility issues.
Reduce system gaps: Align Figma and production. Contribute reusable components and patterns.
Validate with customers: Talk to users, run quick tests, and use feedback to adjust direction.
Contribute to team culture: Share work early, participate in design reviews, and help improve how we design and build—especially with AI.
