Requirements
- Strong technical skills that allow you to read, write and debug code
- Javascript/Node.js preferred
- 3-5 years working in a Solutions Engineering role
- Experience in dev-tools SaaS environment
- Ability to use AI tools to accelerate customer-facing work
- Ability to be autonomous and self-motivated in a remote-first work environment
- Exceptional empathy and curiosity
- Proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Located in the US (ET or CT time zones)
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Checkly and the Monitoring space
- Help drive the Monitoring as Code revolution
- Solve real customer problems
- Work with valuable customers across pre-sales stages
- Assist prospects with technical evaluation of Checkly, from first demo to successful implementation
- Speak with customers directly and share learnings with Product and Engineering to shape Checkly
- Assist in continuously improving technical documentation, processes and policies
- Be involved in Customer Support during onboarding and chip in when needed
