  • Familiarity with certifications such as ISO27001 is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using modern productivity and workflow tools such as Google Docs, Zapier, Linear, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment while collaborating across teams.
  • Professional, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs aligned with regulatory requirements and business goals.
  • Translate complex compliance frameworks into actionable project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and ownership.
  • Monitor project progress and compliance performance metrics, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Act as the primary liaison between compliance teams, stakeholders, and department leaders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee certification processes such as ISO27001, ensuring successful achievement and ongoing compliance.
  • Resolve project and compliance-related challenges with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes, enhancing efficiency and operational integration.
