Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or network engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in LAN/WAN, campus, data center, cloud, and security network architectures.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and advanced networking protocols (IGP, BGP, MPLS, EVPN/VXLAN, SR-TE, etc.).
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise and service provider network solutions.
- Strong understanding of network security technologies such as NGFW, IPSec, UTM, SIEM, and related tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing consulting skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and solution positioning.
- Experience working with network automation and tooling (Python, Ansible, Netconf, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or JNCIE are preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced pre-sales technical consulting across design, architecture, and implementation of complex networking and security solutions.
- Partner with sales and strategic stakeholders to assess customer requirements and define optimal technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Design network architectures, bill of materials, and implementation specifications for enterprise-scale environments.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to influence customer decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Support partners and customers through training, enablement, and technical guidance.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, competitive solutions, and industry trends in networking, security, and cloud.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful solution deployment and customer adoption.
