Job Details

7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or enterprise sales architecture roles.
Strong background in customer engagement or consulting roles, ideally within enterprise software environments.
5+ years of experience in contact center, CCaaS, or customer experience technology domains.
Proficiency in JavaScript.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Hands-on experience with APIs, enterprise SaaS architecture, and system integrations.
Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or automation platforms.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to revenue and operational outcomes.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with a consultative mindset.
Ability to manage multiple complex deals and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools is highly valued.

Lead technical discovery sessions and deep-dive workshops to identify customer needs and define tailored solution strategies across CX and AI platforms.
Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and technical presentations that clearly communicate business impact.
Support RFP/RFI processes by crafting differentiated, high-quality technical responses and solution narratives.
Architect and prototype integrations and solutions using APIs, conversational AI, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
Partner with sales teams to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates through technical expertise and solution design.
Stay current on competitive positioning, AI trends, and customer experience technologies to strengthen solution messaging.
Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing across sales, product, and engineering teams.
