Requirements

  • 5+ years in infrastructure, AI, cloud, hosting, or network sales/operations
  • Deep understanding of GPUaaS and colocation
  • Highly analytical with a relentless focus on data hygiene, SLA compliance, and performance metrics
  • Proven experience in partner recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to interface confidently with Fortune 500 leadership
  • Proactive problem-solver who can navigate cross-functional teams to drive alignment

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, readiness, and SLA compliance for partners
  • Monitor and improve inventory freshness and data accuracy
  • Drive partner tiering and prioritization through QBRs and performance improvement paths
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product teams to translate partner capabilities into marketplace offerings
  • Conduct partner briefings and intelligence-sharing sessions
  • Coordinate with Marketing for partner visibility, case studies, and strategic MDF program execution
  • Produce high-value outputs regarding capacity/power availability and adjacency intelligence for the Sales team
  • Own the KPIs for partner performance, tracking onboarding cycle time and opportunity routing scores
  • Support platform integration programs to scale marketplace adoption and drive AI-enabled insights
