- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and openness to leveraging them effectively
- Bonus: experience with recommendation systems, personalization, or marketplace platforms
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable features that support creator growth and monetization across web applications
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate ideas into iterative, high-impact releases
- Contribute across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and analytics systems
- Break down complex product requirements into deliverable increments, ensuring continuous value delivery
- Optimize application performance, usability, and reliability through best engineering practices
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of development processes
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences
- Support system reliability through monitoring and participation in on-call rotations
