Requirements

- Desire and curiosity to work in a modular monolith Ruby on Rails app
- Previous Ruby on Rails experience (desirable)
- Good understanding of modular code and design
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for writing readable and extensible code
- Commitment to ethical practice
- Adherence to highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children
Responsibilities
- Work on the clinical platform, Panacea
- Develop tools to support identifying client needs
- Build features for surfacing support like articles, videos, and courses
- Enhance the form builder used by the clinical team to gather client information
