- Strong expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, asynchronous processing)
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows and declarative automation
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud
- Experience with API integrations and web services
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture
- Solid understanding of Governor limits and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, sharing)
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Proficiency in HTML
- Proficiency in CSS for front-end development
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to balance technical development with solution-oriented thinking
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes (Future, Queueable)
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWCs) using JavaScript and Apex to improve UI/UX and functionality
- Configure and automate Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, record types, custom objects, and page layouts
- Contribute to both declarative (30–50%) and programmatic development efforts
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and web services
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests, ensuring code quality and platform stability
- Implement and manage Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD, sharing rules)
- Support data migration and updates using tools such as Data Loader and Workbench
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Participate in client-facing discussions, providing input on solution design and technical feasibility
- Support code promotion and deployments using tools such as Gearset, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain detailed time tracking and documentation aligned to project requirements
