Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience
- At least 1 year in a senior or leadership capacity
- Experience in a performance marketing agency, creative agency, or fast-paced in-house creative environment
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Proven ability to provide clear, actionable creative direction and feedback
- Deep understanding of performance marketing principles
- Deep understanding of social media advertising formats
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in storytelling, pacing, and visual execution
- Excellent communication and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience with AI tools, asset management systems, and workflow optimization is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Digital Media, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction and visual standards across a pod of editors, ensuring consistent quality and performance-driven output.
- Provide actionable, performance-focused feedback to elevate editing quality and optimize creative effectiveness.
- Personally edit high-priority campaigns to establish benchmarks and demonstrate best practices for the team.
- Evaluate editor performance using productivity metrics, ROI insights, and quality assessments.
- Oversee asset management, including reviewing footage, curating selects, and ensuring brand and compliance alignment.
- Collaborate with production and strategy teams to align creative execution with campaign goals and client requirements.
- Drive process improvements, including workflow optimization, tool adoption, and integration of emerging technologies.
- Identify and implement data-informed creative techniques to enhance engagement and campaign performance.
