Responsibilities
- Consult with management to determine needs
- Coordinate with IT professionals to create or update software
- Provide applicable training and product support
- Perform project management and customer support
- Gather and document requirements
- Perform system analysis
- Develop specifications and create solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop detailed requirements and use cases for software development projects
- Conduct research to identify new technologies and methods
- Analyze and troubleshoot technology issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation such as user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications
