Requirements
- 1+ year experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruitment platforms (e.g., JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Reliable remote work setup
- Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum
- 100 Mbps internet
- Backup device, internet, and power supply
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements
- Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly reports on hiring progress
- Support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires
