- Manage a fast-paced pipeline and maintain exceptional organization across a high volume of active prospects
- Comfortable selling SaaS solutions
- Restaurant tech experience highly preferred
- Strong cross-functional communication

- Confidently lead client-facing conversations and navigate complex or multi-step negotiations
Responsibilities
- Run a complete, fast-paced sales cycle, from cold outreach through signed contract and handoff to Implementation
- Drive high-volume pipeline management across a large book of SMB accounts
- Conduct virtual discovery, demos, and product recommendations tailored to merchant needs
- Educate merchants on key components of the DoorDash Commerce Platform, including POS integrations, ordering channels, loyalty features, and data insights
- Address technical and operational objections (e.g., integration capabilities, resource constraints, competing priorities)
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping merchants understand how Commerce Platform can grow revenue and improve operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Account Managers, Marketing, and Implementation—to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Influence product adoption and play a key role in scaling DoorDash’s next major platform offering
