  • Comfortable selling SaaS solutions
  • Restaurant tech experience highly preferred

  • Confidently lead client-facing conversations and navigate complex or multi-step negotiations

Responsibilities

  • Run a complete, fast-paced sales cycle, from cold outreach through signed contract and handoff to Implementation
  • Drive high-volume pipeline management across a large book of SMB accounts
  • Conduct virtual discovery, demos, and product recommendations tailored to merchant needs
  • Educate merchants on key components of the DoorDash Commerce Platform, including POS integrations, ordering channels, loyalty features, and data insights
  • Address technical and operational objections (e.g., integration capabilities, resource constraints, competing priorities)
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping merchants understand how Commerce Platform can grow revenue and improve operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Account Managers, Marketing, and Implementation—to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Influence product adoption and play a key role in scaling DoorDash’s next major platform offering
