Fast, creative, and obsessed with output
Understand hooks, retention, and performance
Comfortable producing 10–20+ videos per day
AI-native (already using AI tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, Descript, OpusClip, CapCut, Runway, MidJourney, ChatGPT, Claude)
Not precious about content – able to iterate constantly
Comfortable producing content at scale using AI tools
Ability to produce 500+ usable, quality-approved videos monthly

Responsibilities

Create 100+ high-quality videos per week using AI tools and creative systems
Produce content for ScaleSource and other assigned brands across social media, paid ads, sales funnels, and educational content
Generate 10 long-form content pieces weekly, including webinars, podcast-style videos, story-driven content, and AI avatar storytelling series
Develop 20 high-converting ad creatives weekly with scroll-stopping hooks and engaging formats
Produce 70+ short-form content clips weekly from long-form content, adapted for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Include hooks, captions, subtitles, and thumbnails for short-form content
Utilize AI tools such as HeyGen/Synthesia, Descript/OpusClip/CapCut, Runway/MidJourney, and ChatGPT/Claude
Build a content machine for scalable video production
Achieve 100+ videos per week and 500+ videos per month targets
Constantly iterate and improve content based on performance metrics to drive engagement, clicks, and conversions
