Job Details

Native-level or fully bilingual fluency (spoken and written) in Portuguese and English.

Execute and optimize daily and advanced content curation tasks across written publications and audio content.
Write and report relevant bugs and errors using best practices through internal database systems.
Manage escalations related to metadata, content integrity, and platform quality.
Prioritize tasks and issues quickly and efficiently.
Balance workloads across a distributed team to ensure coverage.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow guides, and training materials.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
Adhere to project-specific quality standards as defined by client guidelines.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines.
