Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud engineering, or related discipline
- Experience supporting system integration, testing, and engineering analysis
- Strong understanding of system performance, troubleshooting, and configuration management
- DoD 8570 / 8140 compliant certification (IAT Level II required)
- One or more cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud)
Responsibilities
- Support the stability and sustainability of cloud-based systems and distributed environments
- Perform system integration, verification, and validation activities across enterprise systems
- Conduct functional analysis, timeline analysis, and engineering trade studies
- Support requirements allocation and interface definition for hardware and software systems
- Develop proactive engineering solutions to monitor and manage distributed system health
- Analyze system performance, functionality, and configuration issues and implement improvements
- Utilize trends and operational metrics to enhance system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud operations, and cybersecurity teams to support mission objectives
- Develop technical solutions to complex engineering challenges within cloud environments
