Job Details

4–7 years of QA experience
Strong focus on automation
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a high degree of autonomy
Proficiency with web automation tools: Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent
Experience integrating or experimenting with AI agents in development or testing workflows (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
Solid understanding of modern software architectures: REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices
Experience setting up or working within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar)
SQL knowledge for data validation and transaction traceability (nice to have)
Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or similar (nice to have)
Experience with performance/load testing (k6, Locust, Artillery) is a plus
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Fluent English and Spanish

Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Puppeteer, Playwright, or similar
Integrate AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) into QA workflows for automated test case generation, regression analysis, and anomaly detection
Create and execute end-to-end, integration, and regression tests across critical business flows (transactions, onboarding, WhatsApp API messaging)
Define and maintain QA pipelines within the team’s CI/CD cycle
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on acceptance criteria and coverage strategies from early stages of development
Track and analyze quality metrics (production bug rate, test coverage, time-to-detection) and translate them into concrete process improvements
