Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in SEO and/or organic growth
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success driving organic growth for high-traffic platforms and consumer applications
  • Demonstrated ability to rank highly for competitive keywords and scale organic visibility from zero
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building
  • Hands-on experience with ASO for iOS and/or Android apps
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven search and emerging GEO practices
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and ASO platforms
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a holistic organic growth strategy across SEO, ASO, GEO, and extension platforms.
  • Set and track quarterly and annual OKRs tied to impressions, clicks, MAU, installs, and revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the organic growth team, fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • Own and prioritize the organic growth roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to integrate organic growth into product development, launches, and content strategy.
  • Influence product roadmap decisions using user intent, search trends, and competitive insights.
  • Own end-to-end SEO performance across web properties.
  • Drive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to achieve and maintain top keyword rankings.
  • Lead technical SEO initiatives including crawlability, indexation, site performance, and structured data.
  • Develop strategies to maximize visibility across AI-driven search experiences.
  • Optimize content and structure for LLM-based discovery and citations.
  • Own app visibility and performance across Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Manage visibility across browser extension marketplaces (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking performance across all organic channels.
  • Define KPIs and ensure data-driven decision-making across the team.
