Requirements
- 1-2 years in a customer-facing role (Support, Retail, or Sales)
- Experience in a remote, startup environment
- Exceptional oral communication skills
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex topics easily
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask across several tabs and tools
- Genuine passion for helping people
- Desire to support small business owners
- Ability to work a consistent schedule of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
- Help potential customers navigate our online shopping experience
- Help customers find the perfect health insurance quotes for their teams
- Resolve administrative questions with urgency and clarity
- Resolve billing questions with urgency and clarity
- Use industry-leading support tools and CRMs to document interactions
- Ensure no customer is left behind
- Propose product and process improvements directly to our leadership team
- Maintain high productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Keep a "people-first" attitude
