Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a customer-facing role (Support, Retail, or Sales)
  • Experience in a remote, startup environment
  • Exceptional oral communication skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics easily
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce)
  • Ability to multitask across several tabs and tools
  • Genuine passion for helping people
  • Desire to support small business owners
  • Ability to work a consistent schedule of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Help potential customers navigate our online shopping experience
  • Help customers find the perfect health insurance quotes for their teams
  • Resolve administrative questions with urgency and clarity
  • Resolve billing questions with urgency and clarity
  • Use industry-leading support tools and CRMs to document interactions
  • Ensure no customer is left behind
  • Propose product and process improvements directly to our leadership team
  • Maintain high productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Keep a "people-first" attitude
