Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
- Comfort using LinkedIn for research and professional outreach
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, organizing data)
- Strong written communication skills
- Interest in fintech, AI, or go-to-market strategy
- Ability to meet deadlines and operate effectively in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Research target markets, industries, and customer segments
- Identify new opportunities, competitors, and whitespace
- Execute outbound research campaigns to gather qualitative market insights
- Engage industry professionals via LinkedIn, email, and phone to understand systems used, pain points, and purchasing drivers
- Clean and maintain CRM data for accuracy and usability
- Enrich firmographic and contact-level data
- Standardize key data fields to support GTM decision making
- Prepare outbound segmentation lists and campaign inputs
- Partner with Sales Ops to improve lead quality and routing
- Assist with reporting and campaign tracking
- Help synthesize research into actionable recommendations
- Support messaging experiments and outbound optimization
