Requirements
- 1–2 years of video editing experience
- Junior level experience
- Strong experience editing social-first video content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (all programs)
- Strong attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads with quick turnaround times
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with media, content, or digital publishing environments (preferred)
- Experience working on podcast or sports-related content (preferred)
- Familiarity with fast-paced content styles (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content (primarily 30–90 second clips) for social media platforms
- Produce podcast clips across multiple shows (approximately 12+ clips per week)
- Create additional social content including show/series edits and miscellaneous social media videos
- Incorporate brand elements such as captions/subtitles, lower thirds, intro/outro elements, music and sound design, and motion graphics
- Collaborate with producers on creative reviews and revisions
- Ensure fast turnaround times (same day or within 24 hours when needed)
