Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years focusing on machine learning, AI, and data science.
- Proven track record in developing and deploying ML models and AI solutions at scale.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in a cloud-native environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a talent-dense, US-based team focusing on ML and AI to automate workflows.
- Integrate advanced AI and ML solutions into the product.
- Architect, build, and scale ML models and AI-driven solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI features, from initial data engineering and model training to deployment within a cloud-native Azure environment.
- Integrate predictive models and intelligent reporting systems into the core .NET/C# and CosmosDB ecosystem.
- Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring via Azure Monitor for model performance, reliability, and fairness.
- Partner with Product Managers to translate complex logistics challenges into technical roadmaps and actionable AI innovations.
