Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Social Media
  • Proven experience in performance marketing and creative testing for digital advertising
  • Strong expertise in short-form video and vertical content formats
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high volumes of creative and test rapidly
  • Deep understanding of viral content mechanics, hooks, and audience psychology
  • Experience using AI tools for creative production, ideation, and workflow automation
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect creative experimentation to performance metrics
  • Full English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, testing, and optimization of marketing creative across multiple brands and across both paid and organic channels
  • Produce and launch 10–15 new ad creatives per week using AI-driven workflows and creative agents
  • Develop high-performing hooks, messaging, and visual concepts optimized for paid media platforms
  • Rapidly iterate on creative variations to identify winning combinations of messaging, format, and audience targeting
  • Create and edit 1–2 vertical videos per week optimized for paid performance channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Lead ongoing creative testing initiatives across platforms to improve campaign performance
  • Maintain a target Cost Per Lead (CPL) under $200 through testing and optimization
  • Manage posting across organic social platforms
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions
  • Monitor social platforms to identify trends, audience sentiment, and opportunities for content engagement
