Requirements
- Proven experience working with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents)
- Demonstrated experience building multiple AI agents end-to-end
- Strong background as a Salesforce Consultant / Architect
- Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as Sales automation / SDR agents
- Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as Customer service automation
- Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as Workflow automation using AI
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Deep understanding of AI-driven workflows and automation
- Deep understanding of Prompt engineering and agent orchestration
- Ability to train, mentor, and communicate complex concepts clearly
- AI-first in thinking
- Real-world delivery experience
- Strong communicator who can lead workshops and influence senior teams
- Passion for building scalable, intelligent solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly hands-on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects
- Train teams on Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices
- Support the design and build of real-world AI use cases, including AI SDR, Customer Service / Support, and Onboarding and operations agents
- Guide teams on prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows
- Provide advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments
- Review and improve existing implementations and use cases
- Help define internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices
