Requirements
- 5+ years experience supporting an Oracle database environment and related tools
- Thorough understanding of the technical architecture of the Ellucian Banner software suite, including Banner 9
- Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting Banner 9 and all related tools and products
- Strong knowledge of Degree Works Installations, Upgrades
- Hands-on experience performing BDM, AppXtender, and AppEnhancer installations, upgrades, and migrations
- Experience with Appenhancer Upgrades/Migrations/BDM Upgrades
- Skilled in conducting database tuning, maintaining security, performing backups, and optimizing Oracle Banner technical environments
- Supported the integration and maintenance of third-party applications that integrate with the Banner ERP
- Proficient with tools such as GIT, Ellucian Solution Manager (ESM), Application Navigator, Banner 9 Admin Pages and Self-Service, Jenkins Agent, and Ellucian Ethos Identity and Integration services
- Demonstrated understanding of application single sign-on for the Banner 9 release
- Experience with Linux system administration, including server maintenance, patching, performance monitoring, and scripting

- Supporting an Oracle database environment and related tools for 5 or more years.
- Installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting Banner 9 and all related tools and products.
- Performing BDM, AppXtender, and AppEnhancer installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Conducting database tuning, maintaining security, performing backups, and optimizing Oracle Banner technical environments.
- Supporting the integration and maintenance of third-party applications that integrate with the Banner ERP.
- Troubleshooting database issues and providing effective solutions.
- Managing multiple complex and time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Providing support for the Oracle database and related tools for multiple clients.
- Reviewing and installing updates and patches for the Banner ERP and related 3rd party products.
