Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business development within the technology or IT services industry
  • Proven expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline development
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong ability to quickly build trust and credibility with potential clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead sourcing, and outbound sales efforts
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable technology or IT service solutions
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams for solution alignment
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools
