Responsibilities

  • Identify and Source New Artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media
  • Set up and execute the initial pitch to artists, showcasing PR services and benefits
  • Close deals with Artists, Labels and Managers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for artists, guiding them through the PR process
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with artists
  • Communicate artist needs and campaign details to team members
  • Add leads to the CRM system and maintain accurate records
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok
