Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing
- At least 1 year of experience within the embedded domain
- B.S. System Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
- Strong knowledge of fundamentals (considered in lieu of former education)
- Experience with Kubernetes (k3s preferred)
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with Containers
- Experience with Cloud Native Architectures
Responsibilities
- Work in a remote team environment with software engineers, test engineers, systems engineers, and other subject matter experts to advise unit level testing, create and perform integration testing, as well as ensure proper system level testing.
- Test a secure interoperable middleware layer (SIL) that enables the rapid development and deployment of software capabilities to space vehicles.
- Integrate the SIL with space vehicle hardware from multiple vendors to leverage CPU, GPU, and FPGA resources.
- Facilitate frequent communication with both lead developers as well as the customer on testing and requirement sell off expectations.
- Document test requirements and outline demos for future capabilities to ensure expectations are communicated.
