Requirements
- Independent licensure in West Virginia as an LMFT, LICSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
- Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders
- Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week
- Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms
- Comfort using EHRs
- Comfort using digital scheduling tools
- Comfort using Google Workspace
- Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools (i.e. PHQ-9) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes
- Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method
- Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on our HIPAA-compliant video platform (Zoom) to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals
- Use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Gottman Method
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in our streamlined EHR
- Incorporate measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to monitor progress and improve outcomes
