Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Google Sheets
  • Experience with billing and collections processes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Process tenant billing, rent postings, and invoicing
  • Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties
  • Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, rent roll)
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing
