- Proven experience in property management bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Experience with billing and collections processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process tenant billing, rent postings, and invoicing
- Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties
- Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, rent roll)
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
