Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Google Workspace
- Practical experience using Jira and Confluence
- Ability to write and maintain scripts in JavaScript and/or Python
- Experience building, deploying, or maintaining containerized environments (Docker experience preferred)
- Experience implementing or maintaining IT governance practices
- Experience managing a portfolio of IT initiatives
- Vendor management experience
- Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls and documentation
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to influence without relying on authority
- Sound judgment and confidence in making decisions in ambiguous situations
- Accountability, ownership, and follow-through

- Experience leading or managing IT teams
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery and operations

- Oversee IT operations, service delivery, and incident management
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and ways of working
- Contribute to IT strategy, risk management, and technology roadmaps
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
