Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships with demonstrable retention/renewal outcomes.
- Strong commercial instincts—experience with renewals, billing coordination and collections workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM.
- Familiarity with contract registers.
- Experience in SaaS, digital health, or enterprise partnerships (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with NRR/NRR forecasting and partner enablement programs (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners; manage onboarding, delivery milestones and ongoing KPI tracking.
- Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, SOWs and renewal cadences (AI-assisted); maintain audit-ready contract register.
- Collaborate with Finance on billing/collections and with Product/Execution on delivery, escalating risks proactively.
- Run quarterly business reviews, executive check-ins and partner enablement/training where needed.
- Surface upsell and expansion opportunities and support pricing proposals and negotiations.
