Requirements

  • Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
  • Proficiency in coaching methods
  • Proficiency in evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
  • ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours
  • Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in German

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients
  • Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc.
  • Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals
  • Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs
