Requirements
- English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Able to work core LATAM and APAC time zones (depending on project location)
- 3+ years of experience in software consulting, implementation, or business analyst roles
- Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and client success best practices
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software (ERP/CRM/SaaS)
- Experience working with MS365 (including Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the existing software consultant to provide end-to-end consulting services, from requirements gathering to solution deployment
- Analyze client business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Configure, implement, and optimize software solutions
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to clients
- Participate in workshops, presentations, and client meetings (preferably in both English and Spanish)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the support and development teams
- Stay current with product capabilities, industry trends, and best practices
- Lead change management efforts to ensure effective adoption of new solutions
