Responsibilities
- Write case studies, blogs, ebooks, guidebooks, whitepapers, and other thought leadership content
- Learn complex concepts and translate them into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives and decision-makers
- Support or lead SME interviews, from developing questions to leading calls
- Work independently and develop strong narratives from interviews, outlines, source material, and background research
- Deliver high-quality, polished, client-ready work with minimal need for revisions
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with the content team
- Adhere to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines
- Ask thoughtful questions and proactively clarify ambiguity
- Quickly develop working knowledge of new or complex subject matter
