Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience
- 3+ years specifically testing Salesforce (Apex, Flows, LWC, Lightning UI)
- Proven experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripting
- Strong proficiency in writing complex queries using SQL and SOQL
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Jenkins, and GitHub
- Solid understanding of backend, web service layers, and integration testing (including e-signature tools)
- Expertise in QA processes within Agile and DevOps environments
- Fluent English for daily communication and technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts for complex Salesforce environments, including Lightning UI, Apex triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks tailored for Salesforce and web service layers to ensure rapid, high-quality releases
- Perform deep-dive verification of backend systems and integrations using SQL/SOQL to validate data integrity across the platform
- Collaborate on the release management process using tools like Gearset and Jenkins to ensure seamless deployment cycles
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into comprehensive test plans, ensuring coverage for e-signature tools and third-party integrations
