Responsibilities
- Design, build, ship, and support end-to-end features and products that will help developers make more money
- Primarily focus on the iOS SDK
- Contribute to our Android SDK and hybrid SDKs, from time to time
- Open first pull request and deploy changes to be used by 32,000+ apps in the first month
- Onboard into the codebase by working on a first project and shipping it in the first month
- Review code and add to engineering culture in the first month
- Scope and work on projects self-sufficiently within 3 months
- Participate in code reviews, and contribute to improving reliability and quality of the codebase within 3 months
- Understand every product owned by the team within 3 months
- Understand and improve many of the codebases that the team works with within 3 months
- Have initiatives for improving the code base and infrastructure within 6 months
- Contribute to the team roadmap and technical direction within 6 months
- Ship a major product or feature within 6 months
- Contribute ideas to RevenueCat’s suite of solutions within 12 months
- Spec, architect and build any feature within 12 months
- Be the primary expert/owner of at least one area of technology stack related to SDKs within 12 months
- Help mentor and onboard new engineers within 12 months
- Help prioritize the roadmap to provide maximum value to developers within 12 months
