- 5+ years hands-on technical SEO experience
- Experience with crawl-budget analysis
- Experience with CWV (Core Web Vitals)
- Experience with log-file analysis
- Experience with schema implementation
- Pro-level skill with Screaming Frog
- Pro-level skill with Log-File Analyzer
- Pro-level skill with GSC (Google Search Console)
- Pro-level skill with GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
- Proficiency with SEO tools
- Clear written & spoken English
- Solo-operator mindset
- Degree from UP, DLSU, Ateneo, or UST
- Reliable WFH setup in the Philippines
Responsibilities
- Create sales collateral (slide deck & 1-pager pricing sheet)
- Develop service-line landing page copy
- Produce monthly thought leadership content (webinars, emails, LinkedIn posts, AI-assisted blog posts)
- Craft strategies for site health-check leads
- Outline technical audit frameworks (crawl-budget, CWV, schema, migrations)
- Produce and publish all collateral
- Track qualitative engagement and iterate fast
- Report wins to the Service Development Manager in a weekly 30-min check-in
