Responsibilities
- Practice high-quality, evidence-based medicine remotely
- Ensure every parent has a great experience
- Demonstrate empathy by making parents feel heard and understood
- Uphold integrity by practicing evidence-based medicine and not over-prescribing
- Collaborate with other doctors and customer support team for holistic patient care
- Fulfill a minimum of 10-12 hours of on-call time per week, primarily during high volume hours (4p - 1a EST) and on weekends
- Work 3-hour shifts during on-call periods
- Pick up overflow visits when not on call
- Accomplish at least 4 or more visits per hour
