Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
  • Completed NYSC or have a valid exemption letter
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with social media tools
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Very strong writing skills (clarity, grammar, structure)
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Nigerian digital culture
  • Data literacy (comfortable with dashboards, metrics, insights)
  • Strong experience in content creation
  • Strong experience in social media management
  • Strong experience in community engagement

Responsibilities

  • Create simple, clear posts for all RH social channels.
  • Plan weekly and monthly content with guidance from the Manager.
  • Adapt content to each platform (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Write captions, design simple graphics (or brief a designer), and schedule posts.
  • Support local-language content where needed.
  • Write simple, clear, and human-centered messages for various platforms.
  • Create blog posts, email copy, social posts, and scripts.
  • Review content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
  • Help maintain the Reliance Health tone of voice across markets.
  • Help draft internal updates, announcements, and newsletters.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand what needs to be shared.
  • Write messages that are easy to understand for staff in all markets.
  • Track performance of posts and campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly dashboards.
  • Use data to explain what worked and what needs improvement.
  • Suggest small changes to improve performance.
  • Help plan and run simple marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product, sales, clinical, and leadership teams.
  • Keep campaign tasks on schedule and communicate progress.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines.
  • Keep messaging aligned across markets and languages.
  • Alert the Manager when content does not fit brand values.
  • Work with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Leadership teams.
  • Collect information and turn it into simple content.
  • Share updates clearly when working remotely.
  • Stay updated on social trends in the local market.
  • Suggest content ideas that fit each country’s audience.
  • Support the Manager in making small strategic improvements to content and communications.
