- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where procedures are not clearly defined
- Obsessed with learning and design is also a hobby for you, not just a job
- Fluent in Figma
- Do the design yourself and don’t outsource
Responsibilities
- Design packaging across our physical products: testing kits, product bags, inserts, and supporting collateral
- Conceptualize, design, and plan social media posts to ensure they are cohesive, clean, and consistently on-brand
- Create graphics for the Rythm website, app, and customer dashboard that bring the brand to life
- Design physical event materials: flyers, wristbands, banners, booth graphics, signage, etc.
- Craft merch and apparel concepts for the team, ambassadors, and athletes that embody the Rythm brand
- Collaborate directly with the founders to evolve our visual identity and maintain design consistency across all channels
