Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing
  • Strong writing portfolio with examples of long-form and short-form content
  • Hands-on SEO experience; ability to research keywords and apply best practices
  • Ability to understand technical or complex topics and translate them into clear, compelling content
  • Experience with Canva (or equivalent tools); basic design competency required
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, CraftCMS)
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent grammar, editing, and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

  • Write SEO-optimized long-form content: blogs, articles, website pages, landing pages.
  • Produce short-form content: social media posts, captions, email copy, newsletter blurbs.
  • Draft and polish corporate documents: proposals, one-pagers, internal guides, case studies.
  • Research industry trends, keywords, and competitors to inform content strategy.
  • Maintain brand voice and narrative consistency across all channels.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices (keywords, meta descriptions, headers, formatting).
  • Collaborate with marketing to support keyword strategy and content calendars.
  • Optimize existing content for better ranking and engagement.
  • Track content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, etc.).
  • Create light design assets in Adobe Express (carousels, graphics, blog visuals, document templates).
  • Format content for readability and conversion (web layouts, decks, PDFs).
  • Work with brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency.
  • Manage content workflows, calendars, and deadlines.
  • Ensure quick turnaround on edits, approvals, and publication-ready formats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Leadership for content needs.
