  • Reliable internet, a laptop, and a quiet, professional work environment are essential
  • Must be available to work primarily within US time zones

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for roles in data centres, engineering, construction, and technical operations
  • Conduct structured screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on role fit
  • Work closely with the senior team to support high-priority and time-sensitive hiring needs
  • Build and manage pipelines of specialist talent across various technical verticals
  • Conduct competitor research and gather market insights to inform recruitment strategies
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and support hiring workflow within internal systems
  • Align working hours to US time zones to ensure timely communication and responsiveness
