Requirements
- 5+ of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR systems roles
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience working with People data and dashboards
- Proven experience improving HR processes through automation, system improvements, or data-driven redesign
- Practical experience applying AI or advanced automation in an operational context (HR experience strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of HR systems and data flows (e.g. HRIS, payroll, benefits, compensation tools)
- A strong sense of responsibility when working with sensitive employee data and compliance requirements
- A collaborative, pragmatic mindset
Responsibilities
- Use data and analytics to identify inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks across People Operations
- Design and maintain People Operations dashboards and operational insights that support better decision-making
- Redesign HR processes using AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
- Build and implement AI-enabled solutions such as workflow automations, smart self-service tools, and HR agents
- Improve data quality and integration across HR systems (e.g. HRIS, payroll, compensation tools)
- Partner closely with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and the AI team to ensure solutions are compliant and sustainable
- Enable the People team to confidently use analytics and AI through hands-on workshops, playbooks, and coaching
