Sales Engineer (Remote from Taiwan)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of pre-sales or sales engineering experience in networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure. Strong hands-on knowledge of web proxy technologies, network security, malware analysis, and incident response. Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, virtualization, email security, and network architecture. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel overnight within the region.

Articulate solution value to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analyze customer requirements to design security architectures. Lead proof-of-concept engagements. Partner with sales teams to advance deals. Enable regional partners. Provide feedback to product management and engineering. Support customers post-sale.
