4+ years of experience developing and releasing Android applications within a medium to large team Strong command of Android fundamentals and core technologies including Kotlin, Compose, Coroutines, and Jetpack libraries Understanding of lower level Android tooling including Gradle, KSP, and build systems Strong critical thinking skills Proven debugging skills and a commitment to high quality code Effective written and verbal communication Understanding of tradeoffs in automation, quality gates, and shared library design Collaborative team mindset High degree of ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous technical spaces An AI forward mindset
